Quote[/b] ]7) Different forms of creatine do not affect creatine uptake. This is because creatine uptake is limited by the creatine itself, not by its form at the time of ingestion. Once the muscle cell is filled up, it won't take any more. Don't let anybody charge you for any special forms of creatine. Monohydrate works as good as any.
could anybody please post any references for this statement I need that info to post it on polish board ?

Well, depends on what form you are looking at

if you search pubmed for creatine citrate, you get 5 resutls that have nothing to do with creatine.

All the current research uses creatine monohydrate, not liquid creatine, not citrate, not the latest and greatest bollocks.

You dont need sugar, you dont need loading

Once the cellular levels have been maximised (and creatine transporter production gone down) you aint goin to get any better no matter what.

You don't need any references. It's common sense.

Creatine is absorbed into the body at the gut. Whether this happens quickly or slowly, it doesn't matter. It doesn't even matter if less of the creatine you ingest is absorbed. Why? Because the effects of creatine occur only AFTER the creatine has been taken into muscle cells.

The rate of uptake is proportional to the amount already in the cell. It has nothing to do with how fast it gets from your glass to your blood.

BTW, liquid creatine is a scam.

BIG THANKS guys
