DO U GUYS TAKE GLUTAMINE?

to help ones immune system is a hughe advantage I think...I always have problems to prevent my body from getting a cold, especially in winter when you really feel the lack of sleep...so...but what would be the preferrable dossage? I am recommended to take 5g before and after the workout...

but theres also the product "ICE" which combines glutamine and bcaa's and has a very good user feedback (even in the meaning of faster recovery time, probably imagination), but contains just 2800mg of glutamine?!
