This has happened a few times during my cut for one reason or another. I go away for a few days and can't lift or use my food scale, or my gym is closed and just can't lift (gym is being renovated this weekend and Mon is a holiday so it's closed anyway) or whatever else prevents my normal scheduled lift sessions. How should I eat when I am unable to train for 3-4 days in a row? Do I continue to eat at my normal cutting diet or eat at BMR or what? And Totz I know the ebook say to eat at BMR during a SD while cutting, but should I during a really short break? My training schedule is tri-weekly M-W-F like the basic HST model, if it matters.
