EC Timing

Okay, I have read an article that Caffeine, had an effect with insulin when taken around meals especially containing Carbs. So when I sthe best time to time it is I was taking it pre workout and also having a preworking meal consisiting of oatmeal and whey. I also take this immediatley after training as well.

I usually take it with Ephedrine as well, don't know if that makes a difference, but no asprin
 
If using ephedrine and caffeine for fat loss, you must keep levels as consistant as possible. This means taking to the total amount you take in a day, and dividing it up into very small doses and taking that every 2 hours.
