It's like having a time released fat burner without paying a lot of $ for it, and it not work. The most it is recommended you take in a day is 100 mg, so this stays below that. This method would likely be the most effective, but this would require taking it later in the evening and may cause SOME to stay awake longer than they like. However, if you have ever used ECA the traditional way, you probably know about the crash you experience a few hours later, so in essence you keep that from happening all day by taking it in 6 doses, then you crash later in the evening and maybe go to sleep easier?!
