End of Week 4 and....

I'm up 10 lbs. I'm loving this routine. I never imagined that I would feel so full and have the muscle density that I do from working out like this. I start my 5's next week followed by two weeks of negs and I can't wait to see what kind of results I get by the end of week 8. I'm eating 3100 cals/day. 300 p/300 c/85 f. Starting weight was 162, today I'm at 172. I'll keep you all posted
