It was a good first workout, I was surprised at the effort it took. From lifting heavy so much it was alot different doing a whole routine at 15 reps. some of the max weight I am building up to, may not be true. My ego got in the way and I might have made the final weight to much on a few exersises. That's okay, I will adjust. I can tell this is going to be an excellent routine.
 
Honestly, I HATED the 15s when I started (still do). But I did them according to plan anyway. The second week of 15s, I was noticeably "fuller." Remember, if you wanna gain muscle, you GOTTA eat enough. Figure out EXACTLY how many cals per day you need to eat and stick with it! Good luck you you!

did you not figure out your 15RM first? it is better go too low rather than too high in weight...

i have been lifting for 5-6 years and am getting ready for my 3rd cycle of hst. you are going to love it, just be sure to keep reading the FAQ and ask questions when needed.
