IMO to link in with arm iso's you should also be doing some rotator cuff work, L flyes etc for a couple of sets once or twice a week, at the end of your workouts. This will allow the weight to take the correct load path through the body and avoid muscle imbalances which could lead to injury down the road.
This is something most trainees neglect, 'cos the weights used, although low, can be quite humbling...
