Got Sick

I am going to end up missing about 4 days due to me being sick. I was just at the end of my 10s.

Is it possible for me to just pick up where I left off, and do the 4 days starting tomorrow, than go into the 5s?

I prefer to repeat the last workout I actually did, but there is no reason for that preference. You can just keep going. Four days off isn't that long.
 
unless you were REALLY sick you probably didn't decondition during the 4 days so you should be fine. I'd say see how you feel at the gym.
 
Just stop getting sick!
