Help me with a split to bring up the 15,10,5, & 1

Ok, for the next six weeks I will be concentrating on strength which is something different for me as of late because I have just finished two consecutive HST cycles. Now, I love HST and its principles, but I have Air Force Field Training coming up NEXT summer and I want to do 6 weeks of strength training to harden up for the summer.

On to my 6 week cycle:
It will (hopefully) be a 4 day split: M(a), T(b), W(Cardio in the form of outdoor bike riding), T(a.1), and Friday(b.2)

The lifts I will incorperate:
Flat and Incline Bench (Preferably both on the same day)
Weighted Dips
Parrallel Squats
Possibly Deadlifts (Alternated with the squats if I feel like not being pusified anymore)
Romanian Deadlifts (Probably just with the squats to hit the hammies)
Donkey Calf Raises
Barbell Shrugs
Seated Narrow Grip Cable Rows
Seated Cable Wide Grip Pull Downs
Pull Ups (unweighted to begin with)
Reverse Cable Crossovers for the Rear Delts
Seated incline Curls
Ab Work(2 of the 4 days)

Questions I have:
1. Should I alternate between Squats and Deadlifts on Tuesdays and Fridays?
2. How many sets? I am thinking 2 of each.
3. What are the muscle groups that I will combine into one day? I prefer Legs on Tuesdays and Fridays so I wont be whooped the next day because it will be off or cardio day.
4. Are there any other excercises you would throw in?
5. Is there any advice you want to give me?

Supplements I will be taking:
1. V-12 Turbo
2. ON 100 Whey
3. Optimen vitamins
4. Flax Oil
5. Accelerade


Diet should be really nailed because this will be summer and I will have even more time to prepare.
