Well basically this is my problem,I love doing the HST workout and so far am in the middle of the circuit on the 10RM.But I have found out that I will have to take the APFT soon , now my question is can I do my HST circuit 3x a week like I am and for 3 of the other 4 days do an HIIT that involves Jumping rope,Pushups,Situps,Pullups and some core training with hindering my HST?
Or should I just add Weighted Pushups to my HST plan seeing as how I already have weighted pullups and Situps?

Another question,I also have Tricep Extensions on my workout list,would I benefit more from Weighted tricep dips?
