HST Calculator, how does it work?

You type the name of the lift in the "Exercise" column, the weight increment you want each weight to increase by in the "Inc" column, your 15 rep max in the "6" column under "15 RM" (written in red), then your 10 rep max in the "6" column under "10 RM", and finally your 5 rep max in the "6" column under "5 RM". Then click calculate. It will automatically give you the loads for your first 5 sessions in each rep scheme. Do the same for all your lifts and the whole program is nicely laid out for you in a printable chart.
