ok so instead of somebody (lets just say) benching 100 pounds 15 times, then waiting 30-60 seconds and doing it again...they would bench 100 pounds 15 times, wait 10 seconds...do a few more, wait 10 seconds, do a few more, etc and be done with that body part...then the next workout go up to 105 pounds?
