I've been on a keto diet for the past 2 years. I will be starting my 1st week of 10's today. So far so good in terms of training, but the real test will come near the end when I work up to my 'old' rep range maxes (I used MAX-OT for the past 8 or so years which calls upon 4-6 reps).
I'm curious if anyone else has used a keto with HST, or are the two not an optimal combination?
