HST routine in Articles section

The gains were decent, but until vicious and dkm had pounded eating and excercise choice into my head, i hadn't experienced gains like i have now. I've gained about.... a good 10-11 lbs and i feel great. I've blown my RMs out by about an extra 10-15 lbs for each compound movement. mmmmm... that's with clustering of course.

But I think any choice you make (big four, combination of compound/stretches, extra burn sets) that follow the HST keys (progressive loading/SD/eating accordingly) you will see results no matter what.
