Hst Specialization - Bench & Military Press

Hi folks,

I've been on HST for over a year, and though I've made some decent gains, I feel like I'm stagnating. I'm looking at specializing my bench/military press and backing off my squat/deads. I've posted my current routine below. Any thoughts?

How are you progressing week to week, how many workouts a week and are you currently in a caloric surplus and gaining weight?
