After a couple of weeks of thinking about it, I thought about a good idea for my 3 week HST cycle... I will be done with my current cycle right before Thanksgiving, use that week to SD, and then I have three weeks of access to the gym after that until December 16th.. and then I wont have access to the gym until the 2nd week of January (that will be a 3 week SD!!

I thought about doing a 912 cycle, but with 3 weeks SD afterward, it seemed pointless, so I decided to keep it simple.
1 week of 10's, 2 weeks of 5's
All compounds:
Leg Press (not doing squats till 4th cycle)
Straight Legged Deadlift
Chins
Dips
Pulley Crunches
