So I am die hard HST dont get me wrong. But I was reading this article and I have to say it makes good sense on hypertrophy.
So this article being said would a routine HST style like this be overtraining?
Say during the 10's
Chest 5 sets
Back 5 sets
Shoulders 3 sets
Legs 5 sets
Arms 3 sets a piece
What do you guys think?
