I see you all (well, almost) doing 3 sets per exercise, and that seems contrary to hst's principals. I don't understand how your training isn't crossing 2 hours, and I don't understand how you're too fatigued after it.

Btw - I'm in my 15's cycle, sometime doing 1 set, sometimes doing 2 sets, and I just wanna be sure I'm doing things correctly.
