Last workout in 1st Cycle, SD and Next cycle ..

Gentlemen,

Me and all my friends are really amazed with the results we get during first cycle,,, HST is the BEST....

Tomorrow will be my last workout in my first cycle,,, and me and my firends 3 questions:

- Do i force myself for failure in my last workout? since i will be going into SD?

- in SD i think i have to reduce my eating to the half since i will do nothing for 9 days true or false?

- my second cycle how much weight i increase 20% extra to the first cycle weights? or more?

1) You do not have to go to failure.

2) You should lower your calories down to maintenance (10-12xBW) after 3 days or so into SD.

3) You should really have tested your new RM's before ending this cycle, but I think 20% is a little steep. Shoot more for a 5 or max. 10% increase.
