C charr Member Apr 15, 2013 #1 Hi people. I did my last day of 10's today. I hit my maxes on everything except for overhead press. I only managed 8 reps. Also I didn't really feel like my maxes where any easier than the last time I tested them. Where does that leave me on the second cycle? Cheers Chris
