Multi-Vitamin

I am curious what/if multi-vitamin do people take? I have taken Mega-Man in the past. Right now, Sam's Club version. But I want one more with a active person's lifestyle.

I use the store brand at the grocery store. I split it in half, and take it in the AM and in the PM.

A lot of my friends use the animal pak...but in my opinion its to expenssive
