15RM is 60% of 1RM
125RM is 65% of 1RM
10RM is 70% of 1RM
8RM is 75% of 1RM
6RM is 80% of 1RM
4RM is 85% of 1RM
if I must increase 5% every workout and reach with 3 step the next RM (that is 5% increase) how can I No zigzaggin'? is impossible...:dozing
