Need Help!!!

Dear Fausto, I agree with you that 2.5% increase is too little (and the 5% is the better), but how can I don't zigzaggin' if I increase 5% if:

15RM is 60% of 1RM
125RM is 65% of 1RM
10RM is 70% of 1RM
8RM is 75% of 1RM
6RM is 80% of 1RM
4RM is 85% of 1RM

if I must increase 5% every workout and reach with 3 step the next RM (that is 5% increase) how can I No zigzaggin'? is impossible...:dozing

For lasagne, good the parmesan, but the real secret is besciamella...

I am sure it will give you a bit more space, but I'll see if I can work on it, then I'll post it later.

forgive my ignorance, what is besciamella? A type of cheese? Haven't seen it around before, but then I am not a cheese expert!

Ciao

I not sure to have correctly understand then...can you post me an example for the weight that I have to use for the 18 workout for 15-12-10-8-6-4 with 100 as 1RM and 50 as 1RM?
Sorry, but I think is the only way for me to understand

Don't you now BESCIAMELLA? How can you make lasagne without besciamella? lasagne are: ragù, pastasfoglia and besciamella (the white cream of butter, milk and cheese)

Don;t know if I'll get the time, I am at work!

oh, how foolish can I be? Of course I know, just did not know the Italain word for it, got me there, didn't you?
