New Hst Routine

Hey All.


I have a fairly busy life working and raising three boys. The only time I have to workout is after 9:30 pm. Even then, I have about 30 mins for myself. Knowing this I am trying to simplify my routine as much as possible.

Here is my all barbell routine split into A and B:


Routine A - 2 Sets

- Squat
- Bent over Rows
- Incline Bench
- Dip burnout (25 reps at least)
- Sit Ups


Routine B - 2 Sets

- Dead Lifts
- Landmine Rows
- Incline Bench
- Dip burnout (25 reps at least)
- Sit Ups


Please let me know if I should add anymore or substitute for a different exercise.

Seems good to me given your circumstances, the only thing I would say is get a weight belt so you can do weighted dips, unless you are treating these as metabolic sets, will you be training 3 x per week
 
The best advice I can give you is to use this log.

Those who don't log (here, a notebook, wherever) are the ones that fall off the train inevitably. Even if it means filling in a pre-determined spreadsheet.

Thanks Jester. I do keep a log on a piece of paper. And can't believe my progress. Squats are awesome!!!
