Okay I'm new to this. Need help setting up.

    Tris

    Orrr just one consistent workout

    Squats (M,F)

    Bench

    Rows

    Bis
    Tris


    Like I said, I'm new to this and don't really know what I'm doing yet. Any suggestions? If I'm way off please feel free to tell me. Thanks guys.

    go with this for your first cycle.

    I'd add chins or pull-ups because you need to get strong in these movements so you might as well start right off the bat.

    Squats/Deads
    Bench
    Rows
    Dips
    Chins
    Press
    Arms if you still have the energy
    Some core exercise - toes-to-bar is as good as any
