Old & Grey: need insiration

I am not sure why this old thread was bumped as I have not much new to add since last year. I have changed my training to thrice weekly but go heavier. I don't think the progressionn from about 60% of max to 100% builds a lot of muscle for the more advanced lifter at the lighter weights.

I bumped it 'cause I figured if I did, it would allow me to view all the posts. When I found it through searching, it only let me see the first four posts or so. This forum is so screwy.
