Just out of curiosity - are there any variations to the Pendlay row that you could pass on? I believe the form specifics are:
- wide grip - wider than shoulder width;
- bar raised to the upper abdomen;
- lower back posture should mimic the start of a conventional deadlift.
First off, am I right?
Secondly, are there any variations that you have implemented that have yielded significant gains?
Thanks!
