Pendlay Rows?

Does anyone have a link to a video of a properly performed Pendlay Row? I watched several and none that I've seen are, IMO, done with good form. I've seen a couple of still shots of proper beginning and ending positions, but I'd like to see a good video. Proper form, as I understand it is: back parallel to floor, rounded thoraxic spine at the beginning, forceful drawing together of scapulae and arching of back, bar accelerating into body without excessive jerking, and no movement of hips or knees.

I tried them for the 1st time the yesterday and I think I'm doing them correctly. I'm certainly sore in lats and mid back today. Unfortunately, I don't know anyone who could watch me do some and critique my technique.

It is quite ok for the bar to be started off the floor with a bit of hip extension (but not knee extension) to give the bar a bit of momentum before the main pull with the upper-back and arms. That means the back is slightly raised from the horizontal for most of the lift and is only parallel at the start and finish of each rep. There is no extension of the knees which should remain unlocked slightly the whole time.

The form in TR's video was perfect. EVERYTHING about the bad form vid Tot posted was totally wrong, including the advice. I'd like to see that dude pull my 315 OFF THE RACK and start repping it like that - oh, waitaminnit, he was standing UP, wasn't he? Well, still...

I think I'll try to get the wife to take a video with my camera to check my form on the heavies myself. I'm curious.
