Pre-mixing Protein

For convenience, I would like to be able to pre-mix protein (with skim milk) and refrigerate for use at a later time, typically within 8 hours.

Does anyone know if this has a detrimental effect on protein quality?
 
If you you are careful to refrigerate it you will be just fine using it within 8-12 hours. Just stir it up a bit and its just fine.
