PRIMER/DRIVER

help me here, what is the deal w/primer/driver & low carbs?

many/most are consuming significant carbs during & post workout, yet PRIMER/DRIVER ignores this.

i don't claim to be an expert, far from it. i am just trying to figure it out???????

no expert here, but i believe most people add their own carbs to it. you can get maltodextrin and dextrose powders relatively cheap from many sources. or just add sugar or eat/blend high-GI fruits along with it . i think bryan is in the process of putting out a "plus" version of primer/driver that contains the carbs, but it's not available yet.

thx, this was my thought as well, but just wanted confirmation.

looking forward to the new version. will definitely give it a go.

what about bryan's creatine as well?

is he adding sugars/cargs to that as well?

Primer and Driver are protein powders. As such they contain protein and no carbohydrates. Prime+ (plus) and Drive+ (plus) will be MRPs. As such they will have both protein and carbs.

HS:CRE is pure micronized creatine monohydrate. I have no plans off adding sugar to it just so I can charge twice as much. You must realize that this is why other companies do this. I just don't like those tactics.
