1. Primer and Driver look like great products, but after shipping and such they will be much more expensive than what i can get from GNC or wherever. Would taking whey before and a whey/casein blend after workouts be basically the same? Sorry to appear anti-HSN here. I'm really not. It's just a tight budget issue.

    Hi da1andonlychacha,

Being on a budget does not make you anti-HSN. :) The reason HSN products aren't as cheap as others is primarily for two reasons, 1) We insist on quality ingredients. This costs more. Of course, with my name and reputation on the products, I can't afford not to produce the highest quality products I can. 2) Our relatively low volume. Because we are a relatively small company, we do not get the discounts that some giant companies are able to negociate.

About your question, yes, if you are on a budget, I suggest you use a whey before and the best casein based product you can afford afterwards.
