I was just curious as to how much I should take pre/post workout. I take 1.5 scoops mixed with a lil over a cup of milk for pre/post (primer/driver). I eat about an hour after I workout so I was just curious.. to help spare me on my suppliments and so it will last longer and I can take it on off days as well, would one scoop be enough? Should I move up to two scoops? What is the most benifical? Remember I take it with milk so I get some protein from that as well...
