D Dissident New Member Feb 1, 2006 #1 Hi guys, I started a HST cycle previously, did the first two weeks of 15's, then went overseas for two months where I didn't do any weights. I'm going to start again now, should I start with 15's again or go straight into 10's? Thanks, Nick
