a guy on another forum asked a question about how long it takes for your heartrate to return to normal after exercising,he said he had read it takes 10mins,but his took two hrs,i said they probably meant it should be lowering after 10 mins,but when i tried to google for any studies etc i coudnt find any answer on how long it should be before it returns to normal.
i know it differs for everyone but i thought there might be some studies,if anyone has any could you please post them up thanks.
