Rest-pause Instead Of Normal Sets...

Yeah decided to call the cycle. Coming up to a week and a half SD so may as well. Got far enough into and gained back alot of weight that I'd lost while sick on and off the last few months.

Gonna move into a bit of a fun mixed cycle, more intuitive and just trying out exercises and different styles of training. May pick two or three body parts and do DUP style through the week or something, who knows!
