In a recent thread it was discussed that the anecdotal ratio of weight between Squats and Deads ran about 1:1.2
I've been looking at the Coan/Phillipi Deadlift Routine (just looking, mind you...), which posits Arched Back Good Mornings and SLDL's as assistance exercises.
I was wondering what sort of weight ratio there might be between the those lifts and a regular, clunky, old Deadlift (I've never done a SLDL or a Good Morning, and haven't a clue how much weight one might be expected to use).
