Sore vs Body Ache

I just finished up week two of 10's, getting ready for 5's on my first HST cycle. I thought I'd see if anyone feels similair after they train.
I rarely feel the next day type of soreness I used to get from split routines, which is fine. What I do get though, is a general ache all over, usually starting around mid day after a morning workout. I usually feel less stiff the day after the workout, but back to aches and pains on training day.
Is this normal? Is it due to the frequency of training? Is it fatigue from training the whole body each workout?
Your thoughts are appreciated.
