split workouts over 6 days per week?

I would like to get feedback on the idea of splitting a working into A (lower body) and B (upper body), but instead of an AM/PM split, actually do the upper body split the next AM. In otherwords, I'd be working out 6 days a week, MWF for lower body and TuThSa for upper body.

Because of my scheduled, I'd have to sacrifice sleep time in the morning to do the whole body in one session. I don't want to sacrifice too many evenings, would rather have that with my family. If I alternate lower/upper from day to day, I'll still get each body part worked 3x per week with a day of recovery in between.

Is this reasonable, or would it be took taxing on the CNS in general?

It would work fine. A lot of guys have done HST with a split like that and had great results.
 
that's exactly what I did with my first cycle and it worked Great!

yes no problem you are still doing hst you could even do
chest,tris,shoulders,
back,bis,legs,
the only problem with this is all pushing,all pulling,i prefer push/pull that way you get a break
