I want to start doing hst. I have been doing all the weight lifting exercises to get used to doing them and using right technique. So where in an HST routine should I start. I have done a 10rm and 15rm cycle but I kept on going to heavy and technique was bad.

Until then, start with two weeks of SD. I know, sounds crazy but it will pay off.

Try to start with minimum effective load for the 15s. In other words, the least amount of weight that still has the potential of making you a little sore.
