Quick question guys, I just finished the last bulking cycle before I go on a cut. I read that it's recommended to just extend your current 10 and 5 rep cycle until you're satisfied with your cut.
However, do I start my cutting cycle using a new max I have calculated now that I'm stronger or stick with the previous set of maxes?
