Hi guys, I just wanna know if I have to keep my supplementation on while on deconditioning stage?

I'm taking creatine, and protein shakes everyday. Hope that you can enlighten me.

BTW, HTS really works, I made a lot of gains over my 2-month training using this philosopy. And I actually add 40 pounds on my bench press. :)
 
Eat at maintenance. Keep protein fairly high. You can continue taking creatine or stop, it doesn't matter. You will lose some water weight if you drop the creatine though so don't be surprised if the scale goes down a bit.
