I am presently trying it out. 2 weeks into it. Will do it till December. Doing an upper lower workout 5xweek approx. 45-50min workout. 5 different exercises, 1st week did 2 sets of 25 for each exercise with 1min rest. Week 2 doing 3 set each with 2min rest. I can see the 4 sets next week being quite taxing as i am not use to going to failure so I may reduce load.
