Question: The calcineurin pathway...
Studies that show it's not required use slow soleus muscle, one study compared a slow and fast muscle and the fast muscle needed the calcineurin pathway.
Is calcineurin activated by high activity of muscle cells (the actual calcium accumulation that occurs)?
