Would anyone be able to describe how to do Vince's Perfect Curl? I've seen it mentioned on a few sites but they're all duplicates of one another and I'm unable to figure out what they're saying.

Nothing too mysterious with Vince's curling technique.

The idea is to start leaning backward slightly so that that the bottom part of the movement experiences good resistance. Then lean straight up for the mid portion, and finally bend forward slightly at the end to prevent the weight from resting.

In other words, what person normally wants to do is lean forward to start the bar and lean backwards at the top when the forearms are perpendicular to the floor (effectively taking off all the resistance).

Vince just want's you to counter these tendancies by leaning back at the begining (to prevent cheating the first few inches) and then lean forward at the top to force yourself to contract the biceps in order to hold the bar up.
