Weight difference between wide and narrow grip Row

Lets say by 10RM for Bent-over BB Row is 100lbs (wide grip)...

How much lbs would i add/subtract to estimate my 10RM for narrow grip?

I perform my rows with an underhand grip.

Would the difference be the same as wide grip pull up vs narrow grip chin-up?

For my pulls and chins, there is about a 5.5lbs difference, chins being the heavier one.

Better just to check it to find out. Then you'll know. I shouldn't think it'll be very different to what you found for chins and pull-ups.

If I understand what you are asking correctly - you will surely find that you will ADD lbs to 1rm with a narrow opposed to a wider grip as long as both are performed underhand . Wider transfers more of the load onto rear delts as opposed to lats - unless you are built EXTREMELY funny ; Lats trump rear delts for strength EVERYTIME!

Oops, Russ is right. I didn't read KKs post properly. My bad.

Wide supinated-grip rows? I would have thought they would be pretty awkward, even with the reduced ROM? How wide is 'wide'?

I still think it's best if you try it and then let us know how it turned out.

thanks guys!
the grip works quite well, actually

For me wide grip is about 2-3 inches wider than shoulder-width.

The reason I can't try out the RM is because I'm on SD and I start my 3rd cycle next Monday.
