What would you consider a lean protein diet?

    I am looking to start a lean protein diet and I was wanting some menu examples of people who is on a lean protein diet and what you usually eat throughout the day.

    Chicken breast, turkey breast, tuna, low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese

    That's what I use.

    Listed below is what you should consider in a lean protein diet:

    -Dairy products.
    They are one of the most resourceful lean proteins. While they are very good sources of protein, be careful when choosing dairy products, because they contain high fat and calorie content.

    -Eggs.
    Considered the head in lean protein, they are low in calories and fat. The egg whites are the best source of lean protein.

    -Fish.
    Fish and seafood is not only a great source of lean protein; they are very nutritious and good for your overall health.

    The others you can include are-Chicken breast, beans and lean beef.
    The following is a list of lean protein foods that will help you enrich your diet to provide you all the energy needed.
