What's a good exercise similar to Military Press to use on my B workout?

I'm setting up my program as an A/B cycle. I'm using military press on workout A.

What exercise hits the same muscle groups that would be a good match for it in workout B?
On the other hand, is the overhead press too draining to do every workout? Maybe I'll do that instead of switching off with a different exercise.
