    Well, 240/260 mg of dha/epa a day is the recommended dosage by the american heart assoc. However thats even if you have bleeding issues. If no blood problems then up to 6g is good.

    8 grams unless you've got a bleeding condition, in that case just 1. Generally thats 1 tablespoon of Flax, but I recommend Fish gel caps, it will say how much each cap contains and thats how much you take depending. Refer to FAQ on Supplements.

    Fat doesn't slow or prevent protien absorbtion. Thats funny since it's the oposite of a myth that fat was required for protein to be absorbed. I'd eat the whole egg, egg fat isn't bad.

    EAS sells CLA for 24 dollars a bottle. The bottle lasts 15 days. Thats expensive in my book, 48 dollars a month, plus shipping if you order online. Is it worth it? Is there a better brand that's cheaper? Is it really effective enough to bother with?

    What do you mix your protein powder with

    Strangely the GNC 100% whey I get tastes just fine. I mix it in about 2 cups of water, milk, or 1 cup water and 1 cup milk..then after drinking that I fill the glass back up to get the remainder and drink that while I down my vitamins. I also mix it with creatine before workout.

    Or why not just drink some gatoraid during workout? If you eat before a workout I'd eat a banana, that seems to give me plenty of energy to work with.
