    I started my SD on Saturday and I'm doing it until next Monday. I work as a grocery clerk so I have to do some lifting. Luckly I'm only working two days during my SD. Will the lifting I do at work hinder my gains? I figure the most I'm lifting is about 40-50lbs.

    Thanks for all the replies. I don't have any problems with my joints and I've done 15's once before so I will do a 6 week cycle starting with 10's. I'm looking forward to actually finishing this cycle. I wanna see if HST is as good as you guys say it is.

    Since the difference between 12 reps and 10 reps is small did you find that your 12 rep maxes were really close to your 10 rep? Like 5-10 pounds maybe? Did this cause a problem for you since there was a lot of zig zagging?

    Strategic Decondiioning and new RMs

    Do you're RM before SD for sure. If you did SD then you did your RM, you would have to SD again. I personally couldn't wait that long to get back into the gym. I hate taking time off, but I know it is necessary.

    HST weight problem

    Thanks for the help. I was concerned that this went against the program if I didn't hit 15 on each set. This happened to me on my back and shoulder exercises. I do these last. I have no problem with chest, legs, bis, or tris so maybe I'll do back and shoulders first from now on.
