    alright here it is... I train 3x week... odn't workout on weekends cuz gym is waaay to loaded... On monday, I have a sport class at my college (badminton)... this course ends at around 3pm... and i have 2 classes in the morning... so i'd have to workout probably late night, like around 8pm...

    im doing incline BP (with barbell!) .. so the bench in my gym is already "inclined" which means i can't change its angle... so is that angle still more benefic than flat BP?? i guess that kind of benches has an angle of ~30 degree...?? thx!

My girl (she's 21yo, 5'2) is starting out in HST and as a boy, I never really went into what would be the optimal exercises for her lower body... like she's doing squat yet... what would be missing then? like for glutes etc... will 2-3 exercices total for legs (quad/hams) and glutes do it...
